This crib is a piece designed to be a family heirloom. Solid black walnut and 3/4" walnut veneer panels and a hard-maple mattress frame. Designed to current safety specifications and using safe finishes, the mattress is adjustable to 3 heights and the whole thing disassembles to 5 flat panels. 

Patio furniture from cypress. In all fairness, loved the designs, but not the wood. What was supposed to be weather and rot resistant in coastal South Carolina wasn't. Getting ready to start re-designing and will use African Mahogany this time. 

A marine diesel shop needed a counter, so why not make it look like the stern of a yacht??  Think a soft curve on the face and ends, mahogany rails, rod holders to carry computer and power cables,navigation and "underwater" lights and speakers where yacht exhaust ports would be. 15 feet long and somewhere in the neighborhood of 350 pounds, it's a centerpiece for sure.
